So the non-napping has been good. But the non-napping has also led to non-sleeping during the night. I'll sleep really badly, then wake up about 6.30am and not be able to drift off again. Then I won't sleep during the day and the same thing will happen the next night. I didn't take any drugs on Saturday and had a few naps during the day. But I haven't had naps, or good sleep, since then.
I know I'm tired. But I won't sleep. I can't sleep. Slightly worried about how this will affect me in the long term.
